Adento is operated by EDUP SVIETIMAS, MB (Lithuania). This policy explains what data we collect when you visit tryadento.com and why.

What we collect

When you visit this site, we (and the third-party tools below) may collect: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location (from IP), browser/device type, and on-page actions such as clicks and scroll depth. If you contact us or purchase, we collect your email address.

Tools we use

• Meta Pixel & Conversions API - measures ad performance and site interest for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising. Sends event data (and a hashed version of your email, if provided) to Meta.
• PostHog (EU Cloud) - product analytics and session replay, hosted in the EU, used to understand how visitors use this page. Inputs marked as password or email are masked in recordings.
• Vercel - hosts this website and processes standard server logs (IP address, request metadata).
• Stripe - if and when checkout goes live, Stripe will process payment details directly; we never see or store your card number.

Why we collect it

To understand whether this page is working, to measure the return on any advertising we run, and to contact you about your purchase or support request. We do not sell your data.

The Adento app (app.tryadento.com)

If you create an account and use the Adento application at app.tryadento.com, additional data is processed so the product can work:

• Your account - your email address, used to sign you in.
• Facebook / Meta connection - when you choose to connect your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account, we ask your permission through Facebook Login and receive an access token for the ad account and Page you select. This token is stored encrypted and is used only to act on the assets you authorized.
• Ad account data - with your permission (ads_read) we read your campaigns, ads and their performance (spend, impressions, clicks, results) to show them to you and turn them into plain-language advice.
• Ad management - at your explicit request (ads_management) we create, pause, resume and adjust the budget of ads on the ad account you connected. We never spend beyond a daily budget you approve, and we enforce a maximum daily budget.
• Content you create - the ad copy and images Adento generates for you, and a record of what was launched.

We access only the Meta ad accounts and Pages you yourself select and authorize. We do not access assets you do not manage, and we do not sell or share your Meta data with third parties.

Deleting your data

You can disconnect Meta at any time from the app's Settings page; this deletes the stored access token immediately. To delete your entire Adento account and all associated data (including any stored Meta connection, generated content and usage records), email support@tryadento.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my data", and we will remove it within 30 days.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing, under the GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, email support@tryadento.com.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Meta and PostHog to recognize repeat visits and measure ad performance. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some analytics and ad-attribution features will stop working if you do.
